When less is definitely more! I really love this dress and so happy to have found it!! The simple, minimalist style is everything on this dress. The fabric they chose and color makes it edgy. The little button and zipper details are perfect and it's seriously such an easy piece to wear which makes this easily a favorite of mine. You can also always cinch the waist with a belt if your prefer that look. Well,  of course it is now sold out, but I found some similar ones and linked it above. Don't you guys love finding easy pieces like this that are just perfect for on-the go- busy days where you just have no time to put together an outfit. You just wear it and go!

I also think the dress is so perfect with OTK boots. And this particular pair is so comfortable even with heels. I literally have walked around in them all day and have not had any issues. 

And since we are going for a minimal look, I thought this black Prada purse would be perfect since it is a classic, simple black purse with just a gold detail. I love investing on classic style designer purses because you can use them forever and pretty much goes with everything!

This look is so effortless! Each piece is definitely a must have in your closet!

When you live in a place like Cali it's nice to have a light coat or jacket on hand.  I live in the Northern part of California so it does get way colder than southern Cali, so in the past couple of years I have just been hoarding thick cute coats and lately I am finding that I really don't have very much lighter coats or jackets in my closet. So glad I found this really cute gray one from Choies, it's perfect for cool (not freezing cold) weather and perfect too for layering. I love its minimalist, modern style and it's such a steal!! It's seriously below $25 right now!! So if you are looking for something like this click on my link above to get it because it probably won't last long.

Anyway, this week is supposed to be a lighter week for me and Mark. (Geesh do I even know how it's like to have a "light" week?!?) but we are all trying to get over a cold now. Carter got his first cold and hope it goes away soon. He is such a trooper though, still smiling and playing all day even if his eyes and sniffles tell me he is not feeling well.

But anyway, Christmas is around the corner and I can't even believe it!! At least we got the house decorated and cleaned up and the gifts are under the tree.... so yes! It's starting to look a lot like Christmas over here! Are you guys done with your Christmas shopping? Well you still have some time. I try to post some cool gift ideas too on my instagram so come follow along! Oh!! And before I forget, if you are still looking for gifts for her, on this post I am wearing probably the most comfortable heeled over the knee boots!! I am so so glad I found them.  Can I just say?? I'm in love with this little white lace dress the moment I laid eyes on it! The lace and laser cute detail is so good an I also love the structure of the dress. It's definitely an all year round dress. Since it's Fall-ish here in California I decided to wear it with my blue boots. For this season I think this dress will look great with anything that has chunky square heels. It is sold out but I found a couple of similar ones. This dress will definitely be a favorite for a long time. 

By the way brunch last weekend was successful. On the menu: we had 2 different kinds of quiches, of course a charcuterie, salad, donuts, raspberry sour cream coffee cake, salmon with cream and capers on a baguette, some yogurt and fresh fruit, and mimosas. Now that we have a little human brunch just seems to be the perfect time for a gathering. Carter did so well, he just chilled with our friends and he just played and enjoyed his new toys. He is now enjoying a walker and this standing saucer thing where he can rotate and around it are all fun little toys and music stuff. It was so much fun to spend time with some great friends we seldom ever see because of everyone's busy schedule. 

Well I can't believe it is almost the weekend again. How has week been going?

Hi guys! Are you excited for the long weekend? I am sure you guys have fun plans and I would love to hear all about it! 

Anyway, if you are a huge fan of art and photography well you might just enjoy this post.  This super cool top I am wearing and all the luxury tops from Calaphya are actual art by artists, painted and created and digitally transferred to their shirts. I mean the details are pretty crazy from the motorcycle to the birds. Their style is a little bit more edgy and baroque. And of course I fell in love with this one, the girl is wearing a moto jacket and a tutu, for a girl that loves fashion, that 's just the best of both worlds! :)  It's also made from the softest cotton, the softest shirt I have ever felt!! They also only make a few of each style so each shirt comes with a certificate. And since I am into whites these days I wore it with this soft, chiffon, flirty scalloped shorts. I thought it's the perfect balance to an edgy top. LOVE these shorts too!

Hi guys! Hope you guys are having a great week! So I'm super excited to share with you this post. As you know, I love finding cool, unique fashion pieces. Not only stylish & trendy but really comfortable pieces as well. Here's anther Aaaa-mazing midi skirt!! The cut, the pockets, the front slit,  most of all the perfect shade of yellow!!! This is so perfect for Spring and Summer and I think it will be one of the pieces I'll definitely be living in. You can definitely dress it up too with any of your favorite heels but I think I will be wearing it a lot with muscle tanks, crops and camis. Love, love, love sharing great finds!!
