 Hope you guys all had a wonderful long weekend. Me and the hubby had a great time. Did a lot of running around on Saturday, then we headed up to Lake Tahoe on Sunday to enjoy the sun and the beach. And earlier today, we had some friends over for a  bbq.
One of things I like most where I live is we are pretty close to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Napa all just driving distance and great for day trips and quick awesome getaways. These are just  some of the major cities around us but there a lot more smaller ones we have yet to explore. The weather in Tahoe was perfect, 70s but sunny. Coming back home to 100 degree weather was almost unbearable. It felt like I was literally, physically melting.

TGIF guys! So I didn't think I'd ever love mock tops or turtle necks. I wore them but don't really "love" them. But that has completely changed as of late. I am obsessed with mock tops especially wearing them with everything high waist. Still in search for the perfect white mock top, short sleeves or sleeveless. I seem to always think that basic pieces are always so easy to find. But to find a really good quality basic piece is actually hard to find.

This is a shoot we did that I have completely forgotten. I was going through the photos in my computer and found them. And since I love white on white especially with this destroyed denim, I thought I would post and share anyway. :) You can easily take this outfit form day to night and would still be chic. Decided to use a neutral colored bag and let the amazing necklace statement piece stand out.

Hi guys! Love, love, love all the floral prints that are out right now. You can choose from big bold ones to little dainty ones like the one I'm wearing. These little dresses are so perfect for warmer weather.  The fabric is so lightweight that it keeps you cool all day.  You can also wear it with your favorite sandals, sneakers or birks.

So if you've been following my blog you know that I love accessories. I can never ever leave the house with no accessories.  I just think that it completes any outfit. And as for interior decorating, I think I will put table top in the same category as my fashion accessories. I don't think I can ever have enough set of dishes. Right now I am so into vintage dishes. I have finished collecting pretty, old tea cups and saucers to mix and match (thanks to my mother in law!). And now I'm going to start collecting depression glasses to mix and match. And don't worry!! When I say "collect" I only mean a maximum probably of a 12 place setting! :) There are really some pretty ones out there and I am super excited to start my hunt. Well this week has been super crazy for me and the weather has been pretty warm. So I decided to wear something easy and comfortable. Lots of stops and running around so I needed something easy, but not super casual. Now let's talk about this gold purse. Just love the metallic gold shade and the size is perfect for days like this. It fits everything I need to cary around and what better color to complement a black dress! This purse will also be perfect for a travel hand cary. Cant wait to use it. How's your week going so far?
