Hi guys! Happy Monday!! Did you guys have a nice weekend? I sure did! We did family day on Saturday and tons of running around on Sunday. Me and Mark have recently decided to change our diet and just go all organic and non-gmo foods and products. We usually eat healthy but we also thought to go organic and just eat cleaner. Have been reading a lot of articles on chemicals and pesticides they use on our foods and it just seems to be getting worse. It's good to be aware and take care of our bodies inside and out since we only get one in this lifetime. 

Anyway, I do love wearing darks and blacks especially during Fall and Winter but sometimes it can be a little too much black. Thanks to instagram too when I pull up my profile it's easy to see how much consecutive darks and blacks I've been wearing and reminds me that it's time to change it up a little. So on this post I decided to go light washed denim on denim with one of my favorite (faux) fur jackets this season and this amazing Schutz heels. This coat is super soft, warm and cozy I'll definitely be wearing this a lot this season.

Here's another one of my Fall favorite colors! It's such a great color I think it just makes every skin tone glow. And I thought instead of doing just one piece in burgundy, why not go all out and do burgundy on burgundy and these amazing Schutz heels are just perfect to soften the look. The more I look at the photos, I think I'm just falling more in love with burgundy. 

Last weekend we decided to celebrate our anniversary by trying out this small plates wine bar and restaurant. I always love small plates because I love trying and tasting the different dishes the restaurant has to offer and not just get stuck on whatever entree or appetizer I pick. It was really really good and I wish I had taken some photos. I usually do but I thought since it was an anniversary dinner I thought I'd put my phone away, Ha! We had a trio bruschetta with different toppings, 4 cheese mac and cheese with truffles, pork belly with crispy rice balls, Hanger steak with veggies and yep it's making my mouth water just thinking about them. So so good. We'll definitely have to go back!

Hi Guys! if you follow me on instagram  you might remember seeing me wear these culottes in a very casual way. I wore it with a stripe casual cropped top and sneakers. So today I decided to style it another way and wear it in a more dressed up version. I am wearing these culottes with a nice, mesh cropped top and these taupe heels, perfect for a night out or any fun event  where you need to be a little dressed up. Simple and chic but still fresh with a little edge.  Also parted my hair on the side to show off these little pear cuff earrings, I think they are so fun!! 

So today is my wedding anniversary so it should be another fun weekend! 7 years of dating and 4 years of marriage I wake up more and more in love with my best friend and soulmate, Mark. It's funny how I am really really bad with remembering dates, he used to be a tad bit better than me but we've always struggled to remember exact dates. When we were dating we keep forgetting so then we would just celebrate the month of February as our anniversary. Don't get me wrong, we love celebrating special moments and giving each other gifts! Thankfully we are just both not "date" crazy or else one of us would always get in trouble. I know that life gets so crazy busy but I think that we should always celebrate life's special moments big way or small, it doesn't matter. What matters is celebrating and appreciating each other and remembering all those little moments and let that love flow! :)

These days I've just been obsessed with white shoes, more like white pointy- toe shoes to be exact. And I can't believe when I saw these on sale at Zara (yes it was a part of that haul I was telling you guys about ;) ) . I literally can wear it with anything and everything. From dresses, to trousers it's definitely a great pair to have.  I also love these yellow stripe shorts as you can easily dress it up with heels or down like I did with some casual flats. We shot these pictures late in the day so I apologize if they are a little darker than normal. Hope you enjoyed this casual look!

Another week has gone, Happy Friday!! :) Another casual look for you guys in shades of blue. I am wearing a chambray top with this pale blue striped shorts. Of course with my favorite cobalt purse and the comfiest sneakers ever! I also love the these sunnies that the hubby got me, it has these cool clear & blue frame that gives it a little bit of an edgy look to it. For some reason I am so drawn to the cobalt color! Are you guys feeling that too? Every time I look at bags and purses  I still always check out the cobalt colored ones... and of course I  have to remind myself that I already actually own one. I think that nude, blush and cobalt are definitely my summer colors!! What about you? What colors are you drawn to this season?
