I am such a lover of boyfriend tees and this particular one I've actually been wanting for a while now, and I just keep forgetting about it. I love the simple black and white print and how cool that it has all the names of my fashion icons. Boyfriend tees are definitely a wardrobe staple because they are so easy and comfy. You can easily dress them up and dress them down. 

This skirt I got from Zara on sale a couple months back and is definitely on rotation. Here's a post I did wearing this same skirt last month but with a more dressed up look. Both top and skirt are just regular woman fit and not maternity and I just got them a size bigger. This coat I am wearing is a part of the "coat hoarding" I did when we went to NYC a few months back and its actually one of my faves. I found the coat selections so much better in NYC where it obviously gets really cold compared to our selection of coats in California. Since it is mostly warm and sunny in Cali, the coats are of course made thinner. But since I live in Northern Cali, it gets pretty darn cold over here. Anyway,  I love the leather buckles and faux fur details of this coat and it's super warm. I also love that it pretty much goes with anything. 

Anyway, it's almost Friday and also a 3 day weekend for some! I hope you guys are having an amazing week so far!!

BECAUSE SHIRT DRESSES ARE ALWAYS A GREAT IDEA

If there's any piece of clothing that's the easier to wear, for me it would be the shirt dresses. It's one piece, with the right fabric, and its simple style you just can never go wrong. It fits all body types and you can easily dress it up or down and wear it anytime of the year. It's great to always have some shirt dresses in your wardrobe. For Winter you can layer it with coats, scarves, boots and knee high socks. For Summer you can totally rock them with your favorite sandals, gladiators and sneakers.

This perfect shirt dress is from Reverie New York. The construction, fabric and style is yet again impeccable!! Every single piece I've worn from this designer I truly, truly love! I've picked more of their simple styles with amazing little details that make the pieces so unique. But they have so much to choose from that fits everyone's style. As they say, there's something for everyone over at Reverie New York! 

After my endless search for the right boots for this season, I finally found these at Aldo. It's leather, over the knee, with heels not too high and it doesn't break the bank! I have my high heeled, dressier boots but I wanted something more flat and casual for running around and these are super comfy!

Decided to wear  it with my vintage denim coat I've had for a long time. Just wanted to do a totally different take on the denim on denim look! Well ... sorta! The shirt dress fabric really is not denim although it does have a denim- like look and it's just what came to mind when I was styling it. We usually see  the denim top and jeans or denim top and shorts. This one is totally different.

As you know, one of my favorite trends of the season is monochrome. And of course going gray on gray is on the top of my list. I decided to give it a pop of color with my blue purse and I also love OTK boots because it let's me wear short dresses, mini skirts and shorts during fall. And speaking of skirts I have been in search for perfect Fall skirts and I'm so thrilled to have found this one from Reverie New York. I'm  in love with the design of this skirt. The fabric and texture is so perfect for Fall. The high and low style and the side details are so cool and makes it so unique! Have you guys ever shopped online and ordered something cute and when you actually get the product, it's so so so much better than you imagined?! Well that just happened to me with this shirt dress. I thought it was cute but when I actually got it I immediately just fell in love!! It has most of what I am looking for. The style is chic, edgy and fresh and I can't even tell you how comfy it is. You can definitely dress it up or down and how fun will it be when it's time to start layering this once the weather gets colder.
