Good morning! Today I'll try to get back into the groove of things.  My family was here a for a visit the last few days and we had such an amazing time. It was also such a blast hanging out with my little niece who is now 6 and I mean seriously, what a fun age! And of course we ate way too much food. Can't say no to mom's cooking, ever!! 

Anyway, now that the weather is cooling down here again, I decided to do some layering. I am wearing the softest fuzzy vest ever, a black bandeau inside and wearing it with this camel scuba midi skirt. Synched on the waist with a belt and wore it with these fab booties from Zara. This black vest is so cozy and also has a hood so it really is such a versatile piece. This scuba midi skirt too, I think is a great investment  for Fall because it's great quality, the color is so perfect for this season and you can really wear this with anything and a million different ways. To dress down this skirt, one of the ways I would wear it is with sneakers, pullover and layer with your favorite big, cozy  scarf.

Hello! I'm happy to finally be able to share this outfit with you! I wore this when we did our July show/ market for Urban Philosophy Boutique. It's pretty much an all day event and I know we will be working hard non-stop all day from the crack of dawn till the evening. So I know to wear something very comfortable but at the same time cute especially since we are representing Urban Philosophy! :) So this high-low top I thought would be perfect with these short denim cutoff shorts, especially the long back! I can move, bend or climb up a ladder to hang a banner and not have to worry about anything. And with the plain top and plain shorts, I thought that the most perfect accent would be this Southern Tribe Vest! I mean, seriously!! The print is so cool and it's so soft! It's also not something you see everywhere. So it's definitely a keeper in my books!  I finished off the look with my tall gold gladiators. I think the print of the vest just goes perfectly with the sandals!
 I think that being comfortable is always important but let's also not forget  that there are a million options out there to be comfy and look good at the same time.  We don't have to look like a slob to be comfortable. Don't forget that when you know you look good and you take care of yourself, then you feel good and this always gives you a boost of confidence to tackle your day. ;) Hope you enjoyed this post!
